The Scholars Program was created for the Alumni of The Junior Fellows Program. The program provides educational experiences for the Scholars to assist them in pursuing careers in health, science, medicine and research. The participating Scholars gain an in-depth view of the lives, careers and scientific expertise of professionals in these fields and develop a foundation of knowledge and skills needed to successfully pursue careers in these areas.
The Scholars have opportunities to participate in educational seminars on various topics in health, science, medicine and research including neuroscience, biochemistry, ophthalmology, interventional cardiology, genetics and epidemiology. Additionally relevant career development and educational activities, including workshops and seminars, are delivered to help the Scholars explore the health, science, medical, and research fields. Alumni who have successfully completed The Junior Fellows Program must submit an application to participate in The Scholars Program.
