Staff Profile: Anne Bozack

Anne Bozack, MPH
Study Director, Center for Evaluation and Applied Research

Anne Bozack, MPH is a Study Director in the Center for Evaluation and Applied Research. She is currently working on several projects related to health disparities and prevention. Anne is a member of the evaluation team studying the Institute for Family Health’s transition to a Patient-Centered Medical Home, the New York State YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program (Y-DPP), LSAFHS’s Controlling Asthma through Home Remediation (CAHR), and Palladia’s Steps to Safety program. Prior to joining NYAM, Anne gained experience in quantitative and qualitative research at Columbia University, working with studies addressing homelessness, reentry, and HIV/AIDS. She has also worked as a Staff Assistant for United States Senator Barbara Boxer. Anne holds an MPH from Columbia University and BAs in Environmental Science and Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
