Staff Profile: Angela Coral

Angela Coral
Study Coordinator, Center for Evaluation and Applied Research

Angela Coral is a Study Coordinator with the Center for Evaluation and Applied Research. She is a member of the evaluation team for several projects including the AHRQ-funded study of the Institute for Family Health’s transition to a Patient-Centered Medical Home; Controlling Asthma through Home Remediation (CAHR), a HUD-funded evaluation of LSAFHS’s environmental health program for children living in East Harlem public housing; Bronx Health REACH; and Getting into Real Life Science (GIRLS) an enrichment program for middle-school girls implemented by NYAM’s Office of School Health Programs. Prior to her work at NYAM, Angela gained both domestic and international public health research experience at Gynuity Health Projects, a research and technical assistance organization dedicated to increasing access to high-quality reproductive health technologies. Angela is a graduate of Harvard University with a BA in Government (International Relations) with a Secondary Field in the Anthropology of Human Rights.
