Tracy Pugh joined the Division of Health Policy as a policy associate in July 2008. Her main focus has been in the area of health disparities, specifically prison health reentry and the staffing of the Health Reentry Working Group as well as the development of a Public Health Approach to Drug Policy for New York State. Ms. Pugh holds a Master of Health Science degree in Health Policy as well as a Health Finance and Management Certificate from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a BA from Cornell University.
