Sheaba  Daniel,  MPH

Sheaba Daniel is a Research Assistant at the The New York Academy of Medicine's Center for Evaluation and Applied Research (CEAR). At CEAR, she provides assistance on various projects, such as qualitative data analysis and report writing. Sheaba holds a BA in Biology from SUNY College at Old Westbury and an MPH from SUNY Downstate’s School of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology. Her graduate thesis focused on examining the association between shift work and cardiovascular disease. Her professional experience includes a Qualitative Research Internship at the Brooklyn District Public Health Office (BDPHO) in 2014, assisting with the BFEZ Project, an initiative to increase breastfeeding in under-served communities in Brooklyn.
