Dr. Humayun is the Chair of the NYAM Section on Anesthesiology Section. She is Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology, State University of New York Downstate Medical Center and Attending Anesthesiologist at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Humayun is the author of many publications and the co-author of Anesthesia for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, St. Louis, MO, Mosby-Yearbook, 1991. She received her medical training at Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan and a Master of Science in Public Service Management from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
