Rachel Stern
Rachel Stern is a Research Assistant working on the Expanded Syringe Access Program (ESAP) and related projects in the Center for Urban Epidemiologic Studies at The New York Academy of Medicine. Rachel holds an B.A. in Social Studies from Harvard University. She wrote her senior thesis on a free clinic in New Orleans and is interested in racial and ethnic health disparities as well as international health.
