Oscar L. Bernal
Oscar L. Bernal is a Research Associate with the Division of Public Health. He is currently a second-year PhD student in the cultural anthropology program at the City University of New York's Graduate Center. Oscar has a B.A. in sociology from U.C. Berkeley and an M.A in sociology from Northeastern University. His research interests lean towards culture and the intersections between identity, health, ethnic, class and national formation, trans-nationalism and political economy.
