Frieden, M.D., M.P.H., Commissioner of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and an Academy fellow, will deliver the keynote speech on Tuesday, Dec. 14 at The New York Academy of Medicine???s Annual Meeting of the Voting Fellows.
