NEW YORK CITY, Nov. 6 ??? The New York Academy of Medicine will host its Annual Meeting of the Fellows on the evening of Wednesday, Nov. 28. Academy President Jo Ivey Boufford, MD, will give the keynote address on “The State of the Academy,” discussing the institution’s future direction and the substantial progress in the strategic planning process.
The program will include the annual business meeting of the Fellows, the induction of Fellows and recognition of trustees elected this year, and tribute will be paid to Fellows who are celebrating their 30th anniversary of fellowship.
The reception begins at 5:30 pm, and the program begins at 6:15 pm. A dinner will follow for new fellows, trustees and 30 year Fellows.
