Strategic Alliances

Workgroup members, including physicians, nurses, LTSS/HCBS and technical assistance providers, formed earlier this year to develop products for community-based social service organizations to engage physicians, hospitals, health systems/plans and managed care organizations so that there is a shared understanding of the benefits that accrue from establishing partnerships and working together. The group has developed a concept paper to seek additional funding to support this work.
