NYAM's 19th Annual Gala will continue our tradition of honoring outstanding organizations that have made significant contributions to the quality of life and health of New York City and cities across the nation and the world. This year we have the distinct pleasure of honoring John J. Connolly, Ed.D., a NYAM fellow, for his commitment to the mission of NYAM and his lifelong devotion to healthcare. Dr. Connolly is the President and CEO of Castle Connolly Medical Ltd.
Our Urban Health Champion Award will be presented to Ray E. López, Director, Environmental Health Services Program of Little Sisters of the Assumption Family Service, Inc. for his significant contributions and work in community health for thousands of residents in East Harlem.
