At the Center for Community Partnerships and Policy Solutions (CPPS), we partner with residents, community leaders, and decision-makers to identify innovative policy solutions. We are actively working together with our partners to align and shape the actions of government and industry to serve the community better, recognize and amplify its assets, and transform the places where we live, work, play and learn into environments that promote health for all.

As a trusted convener and facilitator, we work to honor and amplify the voices of people with lived experiences of health inequities and bridge connections between communities, government, the healthcare system, and other stakeholders. These initiatives address some of the most critical health equity issues of our time.
